frank honey, from lego city: undercover (one of the video games of all time), is a low-ranking police officer, and the son of the incredibly wealthy owners of the honey hotel. he's a big fan of chase mccain, and really looks up to him. and he has a crush on ellie phillips buuut they don't actually explicitly get together at the end of the game. so he's all mine.
